Since she began teaching in 2019, Elisa has taught over 1000 hours of yoga. Her journey began over a decade ago, focusing mainly on the physical asana practice. As her personal practice evolved and deepened, Elisa realized that yoga is for all parts of yourself - mind, body, and soul. She believes that yoga can be a tool to help you find and cultivate the best version of yourself.
Elisa understands that diversity of movement is vital for physical longevity and mental wellbeing, so she also has a passion for hiking, weightlifting, and aerial acrobatics. This love of movement informs her teaching; encouraging students to explore strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, in a way that resonates with their own uniqueness. Elisa strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where students can explore their practice, challenge themselves, and connect with their bodies.

Yoga with Vena is always the highlight of my week! I leave every class feeling refreshed & enlightened. She does a beautiful job of incorporating stretching, strengthening & meditation. So blessed to have her & her skills here in the Yakima Valley!
Vena’s classes never disappoint. I always look forward to going and when I have to miss (due to my crazy schedule)….I really miss it dearly! She has much knowledge to share and always provides a rejuvenating experience for mind, body and soul. 🧘🏼♀️🩵
I took a beginner class from Vena. I knew nothing about Yoga and am not very flexible. Vena was very kind and patient. I really appreciated how she cared and took time with new students.
